Wills & Estates
Helping you ensure that your loved ones are cared for, and your final wishes are carried out efficiently.
Estate & Personal Planning
One of the biggest misconceptions around estate planning is that you only need to do it if you have vast amounts of wealth. In reality, anyone with minor or dependent children should have an estate plan, including a valid will. Your will is where you appoint guardians for your children and create a plan for their ongoing care. My estate planning services include:
- Evaluating how your assets are held to help facilitate a smooth transition after your passing
- Creating a will
- Setting up trusts
- Beneficiary designations

I can also assist with the preparation of personal planning documents, including of powers of attorney, representation agreements, and advance directives. In the unlikely event that you lose the ability to care for yourself and your family during your lifetime, these documents will help protect you.
Pay What You Can Wills Program
Peace of mind without the barriers.
I am committed to providing accessible legal services. Unfortunately, many parents cannot afford to have a proper will prepared, which means many have not legally appointed guardians for their children. As a mother, I understand that nothing could be more important than the care of your children if you pass away, and I want to make sure that no parent feels unable to access this priceless peace of mind. That is why I created my Pay What You Can (PWYC) wills program.
This program is based upon your own assessment of your ability to pay for a will and relies on the honour system. There is no specific criteria to qualify, except that you must have minor or dependent children. Space is limited in this program. Please contact me for more information.
